The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has a global score of 66.3, which is just a bit better than Dell Venue 8 7840's score of 61. Both of these tablets use the same Android 4.4 OS (operating system), so they should provide identical operating system features. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a incredibly heavier and much thicker tablet than the Dell Venue 8 7840.
The Dell Venue 8 7840 has a much better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have the same number of cores and 2 GB of RAM, the Dell Venue 8 7840 also has an extra GPU and a 64 bits processor.
