Comparison review
Galaxy Note 10.1 has an overall score of 66.3, which is slightly better than Samsung ATIV Tab 3's general score of 65. Even being the best tablet in our current comparison, Galaxy Note 10.1 is an older, a little thicker and a bit heavier tablet than the Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Galaxy Note 10.1 works with Android 4.4 operating system, while Samsung ATIV Tab 3 comes with Windows 8 operating system.
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a little higher pixel amount in each inch in the display and a bit higher resolution of 768 x 1366px. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Note 10.1, although it has 2 lesser CPU cores , they both have the same RAM memory amount.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 has more memory for apps and games than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. Both have the same 64 GB internal storage. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 counts with a camera that's very similar to Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1's camera, and although the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a lot better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, they both have the same resolution camera in the back.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 counts with a much longer battery duration than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung ATIV Tab 3. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Samsung ATIV Tab 3, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
