Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has a score of 74.5, which is much better than the Galaxy Note 10.1's overall score of 66.3. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is a a lot newer tablet, and it's also somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy Note 10.1. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Note 10.1 has Android 4.4 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features.

Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a higher number of cores and more RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 counts with a slightly better display than Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a better screen pixel density, a much better 1200 x 1920 resolution and a bit bigger screen.

The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 features a slightly bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows up to 400 GB. The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 counts with a little better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a 7300mAh battery capacity instead of 7000mAh.
