The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has an overall score of 66.3, which is much better than the Sony Tablet S's 57.5 global score. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 body is newer and somewhat thinner, but just a little heavier than the Sony Tablet S. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has 4.4 version and Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0, providing you lots of additional features and optimized performance.

Sony Tablet S has a display that's just as good as the Galaxy Note 10.1 one, because although the Sony Tablet S has a quite smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280px resolution, it also counts with a little bit higher pixel number per inch of display.
