The Blackview Tab 13 is slightly better than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, with a 63.8 score against 63. These tablets have Android operating system, but Blackview Tab 13 has an older 12 version and Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has Android 4.4.2 version. Blackview Tab 13 is a way newer tablet device, and it's also lighter and somewhat thinner than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.
