Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has the previous 4.4.2 version and Google Pixel C has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE body is notably older, somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than Google Pixel C.
