The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro, getting a score of 63 against 58.7. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE works with Android 4.4.2 OS, while Microsoft Surface 9 Pro comes with Windows OS. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a just a little bit thinner and noticeably lighter portable tablet than the Microsoft Surface 9 Pro.
