Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is better than the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, having a score of 72.2 against 63. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has Android 4.4.2 operating system. Even though Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is newer than the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, it is noticeably heavier and just a little bit thicker.
