Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a general score of 63, which is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab A (2016)'s 60.4 global score. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is better than the Galaxy Tab A (2016), we must note that it's also a much older, much heavier and a little bit thicker tablet device. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has the previous 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab A (2016) has Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab A (2016), and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE also has a greater amount of RAM. The Galaxy Tab A (2016) features a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a really smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Galaxy Tab A (2016) also counts with a greater pixel density.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. Both have a 5 mega-pixels back-facing camera, the same 1280x720 video resolution and the same video frame rates. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), resigning a couple specifications.
