Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a bit better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, with a score of 63 against 62.8. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has an older 4.4.2 version and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has Android 7.1 Nougat. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE design is much older, somewhat thicker and notably heavier than Galaxy Tab A 8.0.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a little bit better performance than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE also has a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE features just a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a little less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a slightly better 800 x 1280 resolution and a larger screen.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a camera that's just as good as Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE's camera, both have a same resolution camera, the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality and the same video frame rates. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 features a slightly better memory to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 128 GB.

Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a very superior battery life than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy Tab A 8.0. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Tab A 8.0, giving up a couple features and specifications.
