Xperia Tablet Z is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, getting a 68.5 score against 63. The Xperia Tablet Z construction is somewhat lighter and extremely thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, although both of them were only released 0 months apart. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the Xperia Tablet Z has 4.4.4 version while Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has Android 4.4.2, so it gives you a couple additional features and increased performance.

Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a little better performance than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z also has a graphics processing unit.
