Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is much better than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, with a 78.2 score against 65.2. Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is an extremely older, much heavier and just a little thicker portable tablet than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has older 4.4 version while Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has Android 13 version.

The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has just a bit better processing power than Blackview OSCAL Pad 16, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and a lower number of cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra GPU.
