The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has a score of 78.2, which is much better than the Microsoft Surface RT's 58.4 general score. Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 comes with Android 4.4 operating system, and Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT operating system. Galaxy NotePRO 12.2's design is newer and somewhat thinner than the Microsoft Surface RT's, but it's just a bit heavier.

Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 features a much more vibrant display than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, much more pixels per inch of display and a bigger screen. The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 features a much better storage to install applications and games than Microsoft Surface RT. Both have the same 64 GB internal memory.

Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a slower GPU, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 also counts with more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has a superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface RT.

Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 takes a lot better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 also has a much more mega-pixels camera in the back.

Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 costs a lot more than the Microsoft Surface RT, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
