Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has the newer 4.4 version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1. Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is a a little thinner but a lot heavier portable tablet than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE.
