The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 is just a bit better than the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, with a score of 78.8 against 78.2. Samsung Galaxy Tab S4's construction is noticeably newer, extremely lighter and just a little thinner than the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 features a CPU that's just as good as the processing unit in Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, because although the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per screen inch, and they both have an equal resolution of 1600 x 2560px, the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 also counts with a larger screen. Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 counts with a bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 400 GB.
Galaxy Tab S4 shoots greater photos and videos than Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, because it has a lot more megapixels back facing camera and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with improved battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab S4, because it has a 30 percent larger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy Tab S4 is a better device, it is more expensive than the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy NotePRO 12.2. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab S4, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, giving up some specifications.
