The Acer Iconia W700 has an overall score of 59.6, which is better than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's 54.2 global score. The Acer Iconia W700 has Windows 8 Pro OS, while Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 works with Android 2.3.5 OS. Acer Iconia W700's construction is newer, but notably thicker and much heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0.

Acer Iconia W700 counts with a quite better hardware performance than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a larger number of faster cores, an additional graphics co-processor and more RAM. Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 counts with a slightly better screen than Acer Iconia W700, because although it has a way worse 800 x 480px resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little bit better display pixels density.
