Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, getting a 67.9 score against 54.2. Both of these tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has 4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 body is much newer and notably thinner, but much heavier than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0.
