Blackview Tab 18 has a global score of 71.2, which is way better than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's score of 54.2. Blackview Tab 18's construction is newer and much thinner than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's, although it is notably heavier. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the Blackview Tab 18 has the previous 13 version while Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version.

The Blackview Tab 18 counts with a very superior hardware performance than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a larger amount of RAM and 7 more processing cores.
