Huawei MediaPad 10 Link is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, with a score of 63.7 against 54.2. Both of these tablets come with Android operating system, but the Huawei MediaPad 10 Link has 4.1 version while Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5, so it gives a couple nice extra features.
