The Huawei MediaPad M1 has a score of 61.5, which is better than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's overall score of 54.2. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has newer 4.2.2 version and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version, so it offers some extra features. Even though Huawei MediaPad M1 is notably heavier than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, it's thinner and also notably newer.

Huawei MediaPad M1 has a greater hardware performance than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of cores (and also faster). Huawei MediaPad M1 features a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because although it has a little bit lower pixel density, it also counts with a much larger display and a lot higher resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.
