Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 is much better than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, getting a 68.9 score against 54.2. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 has 7.0 Nougat version while Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version, counting with some nice extra features and better performance. Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10's design is way newer and incredibly thinner, but notably heavier than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0.

Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 features a bit sharper display than Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10, because although it has a much smaller display and a way worse resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, it also counts with a little bit higher screen pixel density.
