Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has a global score of 58.7, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's global score of 54.2. Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has Windows operating system, and Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 operating system. Microsoft Surface 9 Pro's body is just a bit thinner but extremely heavier than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0.
