Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has an overall score of 65.1, which is a lot better than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's 54.2 score. Even though Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is much newer than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, it's a lot heavier and noticeably thicker. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 works with Android 2.3.5 OS.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because although it has a little bit lower pixel density, it also counts with a lot larger screen and a lot higher 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a better hardware performance than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has 7,5 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores.

Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 2. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a much greater storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
