The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a score of 81.5, which is much better than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's score of 54.2. Even though Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is much heavier than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, it's somewhat thinner and also newer. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 works with Windows 10 operating system, and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 comes with Android 2.3.5 operating system.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a much better hardware performance than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a little better count of pixels per screen inch, a much higher resolution of 2736 x 1824 pixels and a much larger display.
