Microsoft Surface RT has a score of 58.4, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's 54.2 global score. The Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT OS, and Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 OS. Microsoft Surface RT's construction is newer and just a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's, but it's notably heavier.
