Samsung Ativ Tab is a lot better than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, having a score of 66.7 against 54.2. The Samsung Ativ Tab comes with Windows RT OS, and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 counts with Android 2.3.5 OS. Samsung Ativ Tab is a newer and somewhat thinner tablet than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, although it's heavier.
Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has a little sharper display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a way smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 800 x 480px, it also counts with a lot better count of pixels per inch in the display.
