Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is better than the Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, having a 63 score against 54.2. The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE design is newer and thinner, but incredibly heavier than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0. These devices have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has the newer 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5, so it gives some extra features and enhanced performance.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a more powerful CPU than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has 1,5 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has a bit sharper display than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 800 x 480 and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a way better number of pixels per display inch.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has a little bit better storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB. The Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has a superior battery life than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE takes better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a lot more mega-pixels camera.

Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy S WiFi 4.0. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
