Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) has newer 4.1 version and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5, providing a couple additional features. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s construction is newer and a little thinner than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's, although it is incredibly heavier.
