The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has a general score of 65.9, which is much better than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's global score of 54.2. Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch's design is a lot newer and extremely thinner than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's, although it is extremely heavier. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has 4.2 version and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5.
The Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a way smaller screen and a way worse 800 x 480 resolution, it also counts with a much higher number of pixels per screen inch.
