Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is much better than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, with a global score of 66.5 against 54.2. Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's construction has the same thickness than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, but it's incredibly heavier. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has the newer 4.4.2 version and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because although it has much less pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a much larger screen and a better resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels. Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with a quite better hardware performance than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a greater number of faster cores, an extra graphics co-processor and a greater amount of RAM memory.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a slightly better storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 also has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a much longer battery duration than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 1200mAh.

Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, although it has a back-facing camera with a lower 3 mega-pixels resolution.

Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is a little more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
