Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is way better than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, having a score of 67.2 against 54.2. These tablets have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version, offering a lot of extra features and performance optimizations. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is a a lot newer and extremely thinner tablet than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, but it's heavier.
