Galaxy Tab A 9.7 is much better than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, having a 60.5 score against 54.2. These tablets work with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has a newer 7.1 Nougat version and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version. The Galaxy Tab A 9.7 design is incredibly newer and extremely thinner, but extremely heavier than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0.

Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 features a much more vibrant screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has a lot lower resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better display pixel density.
