Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is a lot better than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, having a 74.3 score against 54.2. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5, offering a lot of extra features and enhanced performance. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 construction is a lot newer and much thinner than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's, although it is also way heavier.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of cores.
