These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Sony Tablet S has a more recent 4.0 version and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and optimized performance. Sony Tablet S features a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 32 GB, the Sony Tablet S also has more internal memory capacity.
