Xperia Tablet S is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, having a 58.9 score against 54.2. Xperia Tablet S is a newer tablet than Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, but it is a lot heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these tablets have Android OS (operating system), but Xperia Tablet S has the newer 4.1.1 version while Samsung Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version.

Xperia Tablet S counts with a faster CPU than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, because it has a greater number of cores, a higher amount of RAM and an additional GPU.
