The Sony Xperia Tablet Z body is newer and a lot thinner than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0's, but it's also notably heavier. These tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Sony Xperia Tablet Z has 4.4.4 version while Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 has Android 2.3.5 version, providing the user some additional features.
