Microsoft Surface RT is just a bit better than the Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, with a overall score of 58.4 against 53.2. Even though the Microsoft Surface RT is incredibly heavier than Galaxy S WiFi 4.0, it's just a bit thinner and also newer. Microsoft Surface RT has Windows RT operating system, and Galaxy S WiFi 4.0 comes with Android 2.3.5 operating system.
