Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), with a general score of 62.5 against 62.4. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1 OS, while Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) counts with Android, Amazon Fire UI OS. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a thinner but somewhat heavier tablet than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019).

Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) features a screen that is very similar to the screen in Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) has a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution and way more pixels per display inch, they both have a screen of the same size. Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB.

The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) counts with a faster processor than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and they are faster). Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE features just a bit better camera than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE also has a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE features just a little better battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), because it has an 8 percent larger battery size.

Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019). If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
