The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a bit better than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, having a 68.5 score against 62.5. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a a lot lighter and just a little thinner portable tablet than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has newer 4.2.2 version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1.
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 features a much better performing CPU than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has 2 more processing cores, more RAM and a GPU.
