Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), having a 62.5 score against 60.7. Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE's design is thinner but way heavier than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a processing unit that's very similar to Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE's processing unit, both have a Dual-Core processing unit and 1 GB of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE counts with a way better battery duration than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 6800mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
