Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), having a 62.5 score against 60.7. Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE's design is thinner but way heavier than the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has the older 3.1 version and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has Android 4.1.

Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a processing unit that's very similar to Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE's processing unit, both have a Dual-Core processing unit and 1 GB of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024 and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a little more pixels per screen inch.

The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE. They have the same 1280x720 video quality, a 3 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and the same video frame rate. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features much more storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE counts with a way better battery duration than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 6800mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.

Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0). If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
