Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, with a 64.9 score against 62.5. The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 body is noticeably lighter but a little bit thicker than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1 version, giving you a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.

The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a higher number of cores and more RAM memory. Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has a slightly better screen than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a just a bit worse quantity of pixels per inch of display, and they both have the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE also counts with a bigger screen.

Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a quite bigger storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has only 16 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows up to 128 GB. The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 also has a much more mega-pixels camera in the back.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE features a much better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a 36% larger battery size.
