The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is better than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, having a 74.3 score against 62.5. These tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has newer 4.4.2 version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1, providing a couple additional features and optimized performance. Galaxy Tab S 10.5's design is noticeably thinner and lighter than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE.

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a better performing CPU than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a lot greater pixel amount per screen inch, a much better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a little bit larger screen.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a much bigger storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 also has an external memory slot that holds up to 128 GB. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 shoots greater photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a lot higher 8 MP resolution back-facing camera and a much higher (Full HD) video definition.

Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a little longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a 7900mAh battery size instead of 6800mAh.

Despite of being the best tablet in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is also by far the cheapest.
