Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has a general score of 62.5, which is a bit better than the Sony Tablet S's 57.5 general score. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a thinner and a bit lighter tablet than Sony Tablet S. Both tablets in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has the previous 3.1 version while Sony Tablet S has Android 4.0.

Sony Tablet S's processing unit is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE one, both of them have a 1 GB RAM memory and a Dual-Core processing unit. Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has a bit sharper screen than Sony Tablet S, because although it has a little bit worse display density, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE also counts with a little bit bigger display.

The Sony Tablet S has a much greater memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Sony Tablet S also has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 32 GB. Sony Tablet S features a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution, the Sony Tablet S also has a lot more mega-pixels camera.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE counts with a much better battery lifetime than Sony Tablet S, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.

Even being the best tablet in our comparison, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is also by far the cheapest.
