The Xperia Z2 Tablet is much better than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, having a 69.8 score against 62.5. The Xperia Z2 Tablet construction is noticeably lighter and a lot thinner than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE. These devices work with Android OS, but the Xperia Z2 Tablet has the newer 4.4.4 version and Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1 version, providing you a lot of extra features.

The Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with a much more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a higher number of faster cores, a graphics processing unit and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Xperia Z2 Tablet has a sharper display than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Xperia Z2 Tablet also has a much higher screen pixels density and a way better 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution.

Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet captures much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a lot higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a back facing camera with much more megapixels. Xperia Z2 Tablet has a little bit better storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has only 16 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE counts with a bit better battery life than Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity instead of 6000mAh.

The Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet is a bit more expensive than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
