Comparison review

Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a global score of 58.1, which is a little bit better than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T's global score of 57.6. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a lot older than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, it's construction is a little bit lighter and just a bit thinner. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab 10.1 has older 4.0.4 version while Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has Android 4.4.2 version.

The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T features a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have a same size display, the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T also has a much higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a much greater pixel number per inch of screen. Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T counts with a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 128 GB.

Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T has a quite better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a greater number of faster cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a very superior battery life than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 takes slightly better videos and photos than Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, although it has a lot lower resolution camera and a lower 1920x1080 video resolution.

Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF701T, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
