The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is much better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1, having a 65.2 score against 58.1. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has the older 13 version while Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4.
