The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a general score of 65, which is much better than Galaxy Tab 10.1's 58.1 global score. Samsung ATIV Tab 3's body is newer and just a bit thinner, but also just a bit heavier than the Galaxy Tab 10.1. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 works with Windows 8 OS, and Galaxy Tab 10.1 counts with Android 4.0.4 OS.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a superior processing power than Galaxy Tab 10.1. They have 2 processing cores. Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have a same size screen, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 also has a little bit more pixels per display inch and a quite better resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels.
Galaxy Tab 10.1 takes much better photos and videos than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, although it has a back facing camera with way less mega pixels resolution and a lower 1920x1080 video resolution. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a much greater memory for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has 32 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a way better battery lifetime than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 not only is the best tablets of the ones we compare here, but it's also by far the cheapest one.
