Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has the newer 4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version. Although the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 is noticeably heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, it's just a little bit thinner and noticeably newer.

Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 features a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a way higher 1600 x 2560 resolution, a bigger display and a way higher display density. Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a SD card slot that holds up to 64 GB and 32 GB more internal memory.
