Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a global score of 60.7, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1's general score of 58.1. Both of these tablets work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a more recent 4.1 version and Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is somewhat thicker than the Galaxy Tab 10.1, it's much lighter and newer.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has a way smaller display and a lot worse 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit better count of pixels in each inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) features a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. They have the same number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 32 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), and although they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 also has a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
Galaxy Tab 10.1 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0), because it has a 70% larger battery capacity.
In addition to being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) is also very cheap compared to the other ones, which makes this tablet an obvious call.
