Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a score of 79, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1's general score of 58.1. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab Active 3 has 10 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has Android 4.0.4 version. Even though Galaxy Tab Active 3 is thicker than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, it's way lighter and newer.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of display and a much better 1200 x 1920 resolution. The Galaxy Tab Active 3 counts with a way better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has more processing cores.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3 has a much better storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has an external SD slot that allows up to 1 TB and more internal memory. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a superior battery duration than Galaxy Tab Active 3, because it has 6800mAh of battery capacity instead of 5050mAh.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 features a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because it has a way better video resolution and a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels.
Galaxy Tab Active 3 costs more money than the Galaxy Tab 10.1, but you can get a much better tablet for that few more dollars.
